H. Larry Raigetal is Waa’gey’s Project Coordinator. As a master navigator and canoe carver, Larry shares his passion for nurturing and growing sustainable navigation traditions with audiences around the world.
Larry is a former Deputy Assistant Secretary for the Micronesian Department of Foreign Affairs. he also served as Director of the Yap State Department of Youth and Civic Affairs, as well as the Chairman of the FSM National Banking Board. He is a graduate of Xavier High School and the University of San Francisco. Larry earned a Masters Degree in International Relations from Oxford University. He serves as an Assistant Professor at the University of Guam.
